The reservation is guaranteed only after payment of deposit * or obtaining a credit card number.
The deposit * paid by cheque or by bank transfer is 30% of the total amount of overnight stays. They will be cashed at the time of booking and therefore deducted from your invoice at the time of your departure.
You can also confirm your reservation by indicating your credit card number, no amount will be charged upon booking.

Terms of cancellation :

In case of cancellation or, if the customer does not show up, the cheque or the bank transfer of the amount of the deposit will not be refunded, or an amount of 30% of the stay will be charged on the bankcard that you have communicated to us. This deposit is lost and cannot be used for a future stay.
Given the small size of our hotel, cancellations create a significant problem. Therefore, if you need to shorten your stay once you have arrived, or up to 3 days before your arrival date, we will charge you the full price originally stipulated in the written confirmation of your stay and any remaining days ar non-refundble.
* The deposit is accompanied by a right of cancellation allowing each of the parties to reverse its commitment. However, if the seller retracts, he must refund double the amount received to his client (article 1590 of the Civil Code). If the buyer or the customer refuses, he cannot claim the refund of the amount paid. Note : According to Article L. 114-1 of the Consumer Code, prepaid amounts are considered as a deposit, unless otherwise stipulated.
