Restaurant Île de Ré

With a unique seasonal menu, fresh fish and seafood products : the hotel restaurant is open to both hotel residents and visitors.

Our philosophy is to provide ‘surprise’ menu – a veritable feast of discovery ! (32€) consisting of :

- a cocktail aperitif created by Katia
- an ‘amuse bouche’ (appetiser), followed by a starter, main course (always fish) and dessert, all created by Xavier ...!

A great atmosphere is guaranteed ! From appetizer to dessert, Xavier, the chef, will not stop surprising you !

Restaurant closed on Sunday and Monday.
